Dashboard Guide
Your W-Scrut dashboard shows real-time claim status, lets you review flagged cases, and provides analytics on your AI adjudication performance.
Stats overview
The top row shows five key metrics:
- Total Claims — all claims ever processed for your account
- Auto-Approved — claims the AI approved automatically (confidence ≥ 78%)
- Auto-Rejected — claims the AI rejected automatically (confidence ≥ 78%)
- Needs Review — claims in your human review queue right now
- Approval Rate — approved ÷ total (excludes pending/escalated)
Review Queue
Claims land in the queue when the AI's confidence is below 78% or a risk flag fires. Each card shows:
- Ticket number and SKU
- Customer's claim description
- Evidence photo (click the card to expand)
- AI reasoning and confidence score
- Approve and Reject buttons — the customer is notified immediately
All Claims table
The All Claims tab shows every claim ever submitted to your account with their final status, confidence score, and reason. Use it to audit AI decisions or look up a specific customer's history.
Dashboard themes
Switch between 5 visual themes in the top-right corner of the dashboard: Dark Void, Deep Violet, Midnight, Slate, and Light. To make your theme preference permanent, go to Settings → Branding & Themes.
Auto-refresh
The dashboard polls for new claims every 15 seconds automatically. No need to refresh the page — claims appear in the queue in near real-time.
